Patron/Customer Access

IF USER HAS A LIBRARY CARD OR USER ACCOUNT

To Login to OdiloTK:

1. Click on My Account.

  1. Type your ID in Username/Library Card Number field.
  2. Type your password or PIN # in the Password/PIN Number field.

2. Click the Login button.

IF USER HAS NO LIBRARY CARD OR USER ACCOUNT

Check your email inbox or talk to your librarian to make sure you receive your credentials to access the platform.

EDITING PERSONAL AND CONTACT DETAILS

In order to modify user's information, follow these steps:

1.Go to Home > My Account > Login > User Profile.

2.User Information form will open, please fill out or edit the content of the desired fields.

3.Click on Save.

Note: If you are using your Library Card credentials to login to OdiloTK, you cannot update your user profile from here. You will need to update that from your library management system.

Change password

Steps:

1. Go to Home > My Account > Login > User Profile.

1. At the bottom of the page, Password/PIN Number form will show:

a. Type the password to modify in Old Password/PIN.

b. In New Password/PIN, type your new password.

c. Confirm your new password by typing it in Re-enter New Password/PIN.

3. Click on Save.

Note: If you are using your Library Card credentials to login to OdiloTK, you cannot update your password from here. You will need to update that from your library management system.

Recommendations:Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters

EXIT PATRON/CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

To exit from your account area, click on Log Out.
