To what end do we handle your personal data?

Your personal data will be used for the purpose of sending you our newsletter with information that may be of interest to you related to our sector of activity via your registration in the distribution list.

We will also track the email marketing campaigns launched (emails opened and links clicked) through the email marketing provider.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent for this type of informative communications and once revoked, they will be duly blocked in order to cover the liabilities arising from the processing of your personal data for a maximum of 3 years.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

By consent of the data subject in accordance with art. 6.1 a) of the RGPD.

Commercial communications via e-mail are carried out through the services of MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), which is responsible for handling these communications and with which we have signed a contract of adherence in accordance with art. 28 of the RGPD.

Your contact information, in particular your email address, may be transferred to the USA when using a service provider for the management of information/commercial communications (newsletter) that hosts your data there.

This data transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted with MailChimp in accordance with the Commission’s decision for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries.

What rights do you have when you provide us with your personal data?

Right of Access: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and to receive that information in writing through the means requested.

Right of Correction: You have the right to request correction of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, however, you should note that the right of deletion is limited when there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims, the protection of third parties, or for reasons of substantial public interest.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. The controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
