Madrid, November 13, 2025.- ODILO, a Spanish edtech company that transforms the way people and organizations learn in a unique digital environment, has appointed Santiago Fraga as Vice President of Institutional Relations. This is a new strategic position within the company, aimed at strengthening its international presence and driving growth in key markets, such as Latin America.
As part of his role, Fraga will lead institutional relations and develop partnerships with companies, governments, and educational institutions, promoting the adoption of continuous, personalized learning models. This cross-functional role connects learning with organizational culture and business strategy, in a context where investment in talent and skills is already a key factor in competitiveness.
Throughout his career, he has led more than 100 international projects focused on talent development, educational innovation, and institutional transformation in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, in both public and private organizations. These include Pan American Energy, Globant, United Way, National Endowment for Democracy, and One School Global.
He also served as director at the Ministry of Education of the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He managed a system with more than 480,000 professionals and designed policies that benefited 4 million students, with a focus on equity, innovation, and improving results.
