  • Brings over 20 years of international education sector experience to his new role. He has held leadership positions at institutions and companies in the publishing industry, such as Oxford University Press and Grupo SM.

Madrid, April 10, 2024 – ODILO, the Spanish edtech enabling organizations and institutions to create their own Unlimited Learning Ecosystem, has appointed Eduardo Yagüe as the new VP Worldwide Education. In this role, he will lead international growth in educational projects for both public and private sectors in K12 and Higher Education. Yagüe joined the company in 2020 as Head of Global School Business and has served as Head of Content Acquisition since 2022, contributing to ODILO becoming the world’s largest aggregator of digital multi-format educational content, with over 4 million resources.

Yagüe holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in International Economics and Development, and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has extensive experience in the educational and cultural industries, having held international business development positions at leading educational companies like Oxford University Press and Grupo SM, both in digital and print formats.

He has led various public and private projects involving digital educational products and services, including mainstream and extracurricular teaching, educational institution management platforms, language learning materials, children’s and youth literature, language certification and accreditation tools, and teacher training services.

The appointment is part of the company’s internal promotion and talent retention plan aimed at fostering international client portfolio growth.
