On April 18, ODILO participated in Talent Day Madrid 2023, a leading event in the Human Resources sector that brought together over a thousand executives in the two auditoriums of the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid. Under the title “Leading the change towards a new labor paradigm with innovative solutions for unlimited learning,” the event focused on the need for transformation towards more flexible, humane, and employee-centric organizations.

During the event, we had the opportunity to share our vision and innovative solutions for each organization to create and foster a unique and personalized culture of Unlimited Learning, attracting the best talent, increasing engagement within each team, and enhancing the skills of all departments with a unique solution tailored to the needs of each organization and each employee.
