Join ODILO at the MAHLAP in Palawan, Philippines!

ODILO is proud to participate in the National Congress and Seminar-Workshop organized by the Medical and Health Librarians Association of the Philippines (MAHLAP). The 32nd session of this congress will be held on March 11-12-13 in the Aziza Paradise Hotel in Palawan, where industry leaders will gather to discuss the evolution of libraries landscape.

The Philippines is one of our major markets and we are very pleased to work with key actors such as The National Library of the Philippines, the University of Southeastern Philippines, Saint Louis University, or The Davao Doctors College, to name a few. As we expand our collaboration with many organizations in the country, it is an honor for us to have the opportunity to sponsor such a key event and to share insights with librarians in the medical and health sector.

This event will cover various important topics such as:

  • the role of library landscapes
  • how medical and health library professionals can cope with rapid changes in their sector
  • how to prepare librarians working in academic fields
  • the key steps to developing an exceptional strategic library plan
  • the current trends and practices in library services
  • the management of intellectual capital in libraries and information services

As proud partners of this event, we’ll also have the occasion to walk participants through our solution in a demo session, where they’ll find out all about what our Intelligent Digital Library offers. Thanks to our platform, our users worldwide benefit from access to over 3 million titles and exciting and interactive learning experiences, whenever and wherever they want. Additionally, they enjoy not only private learning spaces where they can deepen their knowledge, but also personalised book clubs, where they can share and exchange comments and opinions with peers about their reading and learning activities.

More specifically, in our demo session, we’ll explain how libraries can personalise content recommendations to all learners, but also how institutions benefiting from our solution can upload their own content to the platform, gathering all their resources in a unique digital access point. Participants will also discover how they can give users access to a multitude of different content pieces such as ebooks, audiobooks, e-learning materials, magazines, SCORM, videos and more, saving not only space but also up to 90% in costs while offering unlimited access to titles. We’ll also show the different monitoring features that our solution offers to create custom reports, ensuring real-time progress assessment and enhanced engagement in reading activities.

We’ll be very happy to meet you and share our expertise with you! Please don’t hesitate to join us by signing up here
