From May 3rd to 4th, 2023, we participated in Learning Technologies 2023 at ExCel London, the premier exhibition for organizational learning and technologies to support workplace learning. With over 9,000 attendees, 200 exhibitors, and 200 free seminars, professionals from around the world gathered to explore the latest learning technologies and practices.

At our booth, we showcased programs designed to address skill gaps and develop competencies in leadership, diversity, sustainability, and professional development. At ODILO, we offer an engaging and impactful approach to development, growth, and business success.

Additionally, we hosted a free seminar led by our CEO, Rodrigo Rodríguez, and Laura Centellas, Director of the Corporate Ecosystem at ODILO, titled “The Future of Development and Learning is Unlimited Learning.” In the session, we shared experiences with companies like Santander and Nestlé, highlighting challenges and solutions offered by ODILO through personalized learning.

Rodrigo and Laura advocated for a comprehensive learning strategy, combining content, technology, and active participation to demonstrate impact on business outcomes.
