ODILO to present its solution to develop “unlimited learning cultures” at Learning Live 2019

ODILO online Corporate library

Building effective learning cultures is at the core of what ODILO does and a central theme at Learning Live 2019. During the 4 and 5th of September in London, the Company will be showcasing its digital solution powered to foster unlimited and collaborative learning cultures for companies of all sizes.

To create a spirit of continuous learning across all four corners of an organization, a powerful solution is required to complement targeted learning and development processes and programs. As the potential use of it may be voluntary and time is precious, it is essential that the experience is not only engaging, adaptive to busy and transient lifestyles while also the content needs to be relevant to each employee’s unique interests and goals, whether it is personal, professional or family orientated.

ODILO will be showcasing its mobile-first learning platform that has an intelligent data-driven and quality user experience akin to popular applications for mass media consumption such as Netflix and Spotify. Innovators can leverage that modern experience and deeply personalise it to reflect their corporate values, culture and developmental goals and offer it to their employees and families to encourage uninterrupted, everyday learning.  With access to over 2 million digital titles covering all skill levels and popular media formats such as ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and video, corporates will be able to offer a truly inclusive experience of endless learning.

Imagine an executive can read the Economist or listen to an audiobook bestseller such as Michelle Obama’s Becoming, while an entry-level professional can read soft skill and leadership development titles and read a novel with their children. An employee with dyslexia can benefit from our Open-Dyslexic font while also a commuter can learn Lean Startup principles offline on their mobile.

Another event hot topic is content curation. Imagine having a catalog that is handpicked to be inline with your company values and learning and training goals and it is continuously increasing depending on user demands and industry innovations. ODILO has a committed team of content experts dedicated to curating content to help its partners achieve their goals and address specific challenges it faces across the organization.

At the event, ODILO will also be making a special offer worth £5,000 for innovative companies who decide to purchase a new solution before September 30. Please visit our stand to learn more.

Tiago Mateus, ODILO’s Chief Commercial Officer, will also be participating in a panel session “Can Technology Alone Create a Learning Culture?” to share his insights on the topics above.

The panel will take place on September 5th at 11:30 in the “Interact” room and will be conducted by Edmund Munk, The Learning and Performance Institute’s CEO.

See you on September 4th!
